This Caribbean gem offers deluxe accomodations complete with serene ocean views from your private balcony, gentle lapping ocean waves, and an unspoiled tropical setting within close proximity of Sint Maarten's delightfully Dutch and fantastically French attractions.

The Penthouse at La Siesta includes 3 handsomely appointed bedrooms and 3 full baths. The master suite is furnished with a king bed, and overlooks the crystal blue Caribbean waters and sandy beach below while affording a private and secluded retreat. Our remaining guest suites contain a king bed in suite one and queen bed in suite two. Both guest suites also include full baths and private balconies overlooking Simpson Bay.

The great room is equipped with a 50 inch plasma TV, leather furniture and sleeper sofa. Relax and view the water from the large covered balcony that spans the back of the residence, or venture out onto the pristine beaches below. Take a swim in the oceanside pool, available exclusively to the guests of La Siesta Residence.

Maid service and private parking are also included with your stay, and additional arrangements can also be made prior to your arrival for rental car service, and other conveniences as requested.
